Questions, answered

Questions from nationals

Why use Rynix instead of going to my bank directly?

Your bank can only offer its own products. We compare several lenders, present your application to the one most likely to give the best terms, and because we also sell property, we coordinate the finance with your purchase.

How much can a UAE national borrow?

Up to 85% of a first home valued up to AED 5 million, and 75% above that. For a second or subsequent property the limit is 65%. Income and commitments then set the final amount.

Do GCC nationals get the same terms as UAE nationals?

It depends on the bank. Many assess GCC nationals like UAE residents, while some offer terms closer to UAE nationals. We tell you which before you apply.

Is Islamic finance available?

Yes. Ijara and Murabaha structures are widely available from Islamic banks and Islamic windows of conventional banks, and we compare them with conventional options.

Can I get a mortgage if I am retired?

Many banks accept a pension as income, provided the loan ends within the bank's maximum age limit. Shorter tenures are common in this case.
